Description:
Super seal LV-30 is a water based bitumen coating manufactured to comply with high standard of priming bitumen emulsion, it is a
mixture of special additive for additional stability, the coating brown in color but turns upon drying to black flexible protective film against water and vapor.

Uses :
Super seal LV-30 asphalt emulsion is a general waterproofing and damp proofing material that adheres to wide range of surfaces including concrete, metal, wood and etc… they can also be used as protective coating for build-up roofing systems, reinforced , concrete foundation, columns and beams, and connecting frames of building underground concrete tanks, and other exposed surfaces , as a damp proofing membrane or as vapor seal, for vertical and sleep slopping surfaces and up to 45° angle, these emulsion are suitable for surfaces temperature of 85′ c max.
Application Instructions :
Ensure that surface to be treated is sound and free of oil, greases and other foreign matters, if the surface is dusty, it should be primed with diluted emulsion with 20% water and allowed to dry before full strength coat applied. Prior to the use of material from its container ensure that it is thoroughly stirred, it can be applied by brush, broom or squeegee.

Health and Safety: LV-30 contain bitumen material so wear protective clothes & eye/face protection, gloves should accidental skin or eyes contact must use clean water and seek medical advice and take the packing with you to clinic.
Durability: resistant to high and low temperature 30 OC ( -22 of) to 80 oC (176 Of)
