USES
MC-1 grade are typically using as prime coats and used in construction and maintenance, use also for the above and below ground concrete protection of pavements as designated in ASTMD D 2399, used also as protective coating for metal and wood roof.
MC-1 is applied surfaces using truck mounted spry truck. And you can use by brush, roller
COVERAGE
Priming is accomplished by spraying 0.65 – 1.75 Liter/m2, depending on the porosity of the asphalt granular surfaces
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Personal should wear protective tools, such as gloves and goggles, during application
PERCAUTIONS
MC-1 grades contain volatile solvent and low flash point. Care must be taken ensure that there is a adequate ventilations in the work place. Fire and naked flames should be kept at the distance.
PACKING
MC-1 grade are supplied in bulk, Drum and pail.
STORAGE
Store in a dry shaded area in original packing, the container should be kept covered while working in order to prevent the evaporation the solvent.
